  • Clayton Randle

    MANAGING PARTNER

    Clayton Randle is a Founder and Managing Partner at Ripple Hospitality Partners. Prior to launching Ripple, he served as a Managing Partner at High Street Real Estate Partners, a private equity firm with $1 billion in AUM. With a 20-year career in real estate investment banking and private equity, Clayton has held key roles at Bear Stearns Co., Inc., Eurohypo AG, Southwest Value Partners, and Smith Barney in New York City and Southern California before founding his own firm. Clayton has executed over $3BN of transactions throughout his career.

    Clayton graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder where he served on the Alumni Board of Directors. Clayton was a Mayo Clinic Foundation Scholar.  He previously served as Chairman of the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts Institute Board, Vice Chair of the Ecole Bilingue de la Nouvelle-Orléans Board, and a member of the New Orleans Regional Leadership Institute (NORLI) Board. He was also recognized as a Junior Achievement Rising Star, one of San Diego’s '50 People to Watch' in 2013, and a Knight Institute Community Catalyst.. He is an active member of the Young Presidents Organization. 

    Outside of spending time with his family, his passions are soccer, music, and ultra-endurance hikes and mountaineering.

  • Andy Stormont

    MANAGING PARTNER

    Andy Stormont is a seasoned real estate professional with a distinguished focus on hospitality investments. Since 2016, Andy has led over $1 billion in ground-up and value-add hotel transactions across the United States, with notable projects in Manhattan, Nashville, Denver, Seattle, Charleston, and other top-tier markets. At Ripple Hospitality Partners, Andy leverages his extensive expertise in identifying, structuring, and executing high-value hospitality investments.

    Andy began his career at Five Star Realty Partners as a financial analyst, where he worked on investments alongside Mark Elliott and Bill Hodges—two of the most renowned hotel brokers in the industry and principals of Hodges Ward Elliott. Before co-founding Ripple Hospitality Partners, Andy played a pivotal role at High Street Real Estate Partners, overseeing hotel transactions from inception to completion. Throughout his career, Andy has played a critical role in fostering relationships and executing transactions with some of the most successful real estate investment firms in the United States.

    Andy earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from Miami University (OH), where he focused on Finance and Economics. He currently resides in Atlanta, GA, with his wife, Kirby. In his free time, Andy enjoys golfing, hiking, reading, and seeking out great live music.
